Service Description
DesiHeartBeats Inc provides a platform connecting users seeking travel companions for their family members or elders, particularly for flights between the USA and India. We are solely a platform provider and do not directly arrange travel or verify user information.
User Agreement:
- Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a Valid Passport.
- Must be healthy and fit.
- Must be conversant in the local language of the companion or atleast in English language.
- Must be travelling alone or not having the sole responsibility of young child/infant, elderly person or medical issues. .
2. Platform Usage
- Our service is limited to connecting potential travel companions.
- We do not guarantee the availability or suitability of travel companions.
3.User Conduct & Identification
- All the users registering on our platform have to get their profile verified as per the verification process of the platform.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their provided information.
- User will use your real name, address and contact details
- Posting false, misleading, or offensive content is prohibited and is punishable under applicable laws.
- User will upload a profile photo that shows his face.
- User is responsible for his own account security and will not share his account details with any other person
- Users must comply with all applicable local laws of both the country of origin of travel as well as destination country of travel.
4. Due Dilligence & Liability Limitation
- While every care is taken in identifying the user registering on the Platform we advise the users to conduct their own scrutiny and due diligence before approaching the user as we only provide a platform to enable travelers and Travel Providers to find each other. We are not a travel agency or a tour operator. All arrangements are entirely between travelers and travel providers . We do not
introduce one party to another; we are merely a meeting point. It is your decision as a traveler to make contact with other Travelers and Travel Providers. We have no control over if the given information is truth and no resources to check every person’s reliability. If you choose to talk to a traveler/travel provider or to go to meet them ,it is at your own risk.
- Be aware we do not conduct background checks or verify user identities as our verification process is limited to the details provided by the user at the time of registering at our platform and we don’t investigate any person or travel providers background but we will strongly urge you to Google, Facebook, exchange e-mails in order to know the most as possible about the other party.
- DesiHeartBeats Inc is not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or incidents between users.
- User acknowledges that DesiHeartBeats Inc is a service to enable contact and does not act as an agent or is party to any exchange user organises.
5. Indemnity
- User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DesiHeartBeats Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement or any negligent or wrongful act or omission of User or its employees or agents.
6. Account Termination
DesiHeartBeats Inc is a Platform, we reserve the right to ban-block , suspend or terminate any user who is doing any of the following : Spreading Misinformation, Posting Nude Photos and Videos, Inciting hate speech and violence, Building Fake Profiles, Doing Spam or Fraud, Using others photos and videos.
7.Modifications
Unless specified otherwise, the terms of User agreement may be updated at any time and shall be applicable on all users irrespective of their date of registration on the platform.
